Thank you for your interest in vending for the 2025 Pride Festival!

Pride Worcester is committed to recruiting dedicated, reliable vendors and community partners to assist in the production and execution of our annual Pride festival. Though vendors do not need to identify as LGBTQIA+, it is imperative that all applicants be LGBTQIA+ affirming and supportive of the ongoing struggle for full equality.

Vendors that do identify as LGBTQIA+ and other minority groups will have precedence, in a conscious effort to bring equity and opportunity to historically marginalized members of the community.

I understand I will be charged a vendor fee for my 10'x10' space ($50 for artisans and makers, $100 for non-profits and community organizations, $150 for food trucks). I acknowledge that I will need to bring my own table and chairs. If I am bringing a tent I agree to ensure it is properly weighed down (20 lbs per leg - no stakes).

Please note there is no electricity access. All vendors must stay for the full duration of the event and no cars will be allowed on festival grounds until after 7:15PM to clear out some of the crowds.
